ACLO Intro Course

ACLO Intro Course

Judo is a martial art sport originating from Japan. Besides learning techniques, there's a significant focus on randori, and the application of these techniques during matches. Jiu-jitsu consists of three main groups: striking and kicking, joint locks and breaking techniques, and throws.

Therefore, the trainings are very comprehensive and cover a large part of martial arts techniques. By the end of the course, you'll know some basic techniques and have an idea of what these sports entail. The focus in the lessons is primarily on self-defense. Usually, there are an equal number of women and men training, so the lessons are for everyone.
